Yeshaya Steiner, the Kerestir Rebbe, was known to come here occasionally to offer prayers and request blessings at the tomb of his revered mentor, Hershel Lisker. Thanks to his teacher, the Kerestir Rebbe’s community was able to copyright their traditions and stay resilient in their faith during periods of intense difficulty. In this revered moment, the man's heartfelt prayer weaves together the past, present, and future, encapsulating the profound hopes and desires of the entire community.
